If you want to succeed in life you should surround yourself with an amazing group of mentors.

But beware...

We often believe that our mentors can do know wrong. We put them on a pedestal and see them as perfect.

This is called "Guru Worship" and it can be seriously dangerous.

Click here to view the embedded video.

I promise you that Guru Worship will only end up hurting you in the long run and keep you stuck at a certain point of success in your life.

WHY?

Gurus are human too!

They just happen to have more experience and knowledge in the area of life you want to learn more about.

Here are 3 reasons why Guru Worship is dangerous:

When you finally realize that your guru is not perfect you will be seriously let down. You will not only change your opinion of the guru, but you will begin to discredit everything they have ever taught you.

You won't be open to any information outside their scope. It is very important to not be a lemming to your guru. Be open to as much information as possible and grow in as many ways as possible.

You'll never surpass your guru or become capable of becoming the master of your own life. If a guru does their job, they WANT you to surpass them.

No matter how you see me, be it a guru or a mentor, above all, I want to be your "friend-tor."

I am not perfect and I want you to learn things outside of what I teach you. I want you to grow beyond measure and surpass me in what I am teaching you because that means I am doing my job.

Remember: the power of the message is more important than the power of the messenger.

We all have our own inner-power. A guru is just someone who has just been able to unlock it sooner than you have.

That's what I am here to help you do.
