There are so many things that can cause stress in our lives these days. We live in a deadline-driven, fast paced, last minute oriented type of world which puts pressures and expectations on us that inevitably lead to stress. Let's be honest, you'd have to be some kind of superhero not to feel just a wee bit overwhelmed with everything going on around you at times.

But seriously, if you are human (fingers crossed), you're bound to experience some stress. In fact, it's completely normal! The problem isn't that we have stress in our lives, it's how you deal with the stress that differentiates you from the rest of the pack.

There are both positive ways and negative ways to deal with stress and the methods you choose to adopt will drastically affect the quality of your life. Don't believe me? Check out my video where I show you some powerful examples:

Click here to view the embedded video.

So what are the ways you deal with stress? And more importantly, what are the positive methods you consistently practice to deal with stress in your life? I'd love to hear all of the ways you choose to "let the air out of your balloon"!

Peace,

Sean

P.S. I sincerely hope that this blog post helped you understand how to deal with stress and it brings the calmness into your life you deserve
