Are you making things in your life more dramatic than they need to be?

Can you think of a time when your life was really working? When everything seemed to just flow and everything fell into place effortlessly?

Good. Now go back in time to that point and take a look around. What were you doing consistently in your life that you're not doing now? I have a hunch that you had some daily rituals then that you've since been neglecting.

Click here to view the embedded video.

I have an assignment for you. I want you to come up with a "When Life Works" list and write down all of the things you were doing at that point in time that just made your life work.

For example my life works when I workout regularly, get 8 hours of sleep, stay organized, read good books, shower regularly (haha ) and stay hydrated. What works for you?

Everybody's different - so please comment and share your list below. I'd love to hear your WLW's and how this has helped your life.

Peace and Love,

Sean

P.S. Until you actually sit down and make a list, it'll be extremely difficult to discern what works from what doesn't. So what are you waiting for? <!-- Social Buttons Shared Counts Generated by Digg Digg plugin v4.0.6,

Ever wonder why you feel as though your life is out of control? As though you lack any real influence over the circumstances in your life and in turn you work yourself into a frantic mess.

If this sounds familiar to you, it shouldn't be surprising. I've learned that the root cause behind it is...

Click here to view the embedded video.

a lack of observation. Ask yourself, how do I look to others right now? Would I want to be around me right now? By taking a step out of your Ego and looking at yourself from an "outsiders" perspective, you give yourself the ability to remove your Ego from the equation.

Those moments when we're totally off kilter are due to our internal circumstances of pain, worry and fear that put the blinders on and inhibit us from observing the Ego.

Our behavior is a direct reflection of our Ego acting out and the more we learn to observe the Ego, the better equipped we are for channeling our energy towards the outcomes we desire.

So if right now, you feel out of control, observe yourself, observe your behavior, and you will get control of your life I promise you.

Thanks for watching, I hope this exercise was of benefit to you and I wish you calmness in all areas of your life.

Peace and Love,

Sean

P.S. This is one of the most powerful techniques I use. Try this exercise out next time you're feeling flustered and then share your experiences with me below - I would so love to hear them.<!-- Social Buttons Shared Counts Generated by Digg Digg plugin v4.0.6,

When we think of forgiveness, we tend to conjure up images of priests in confessionals, or begging our parents, friends, or others for forgiveness for our wrongdoings.

We turn to others to grant us forgiveness for our mistakes. I'm going to challenge you right now and say that forgiveness can also be for yourself. So often we look outwards to heal ourselves when really you can give yourself the gift of forgiveness.

Click here to view the embedded video.

We're all human. We all make mistakes and sometimes we end up hurting others, or ourselves, unintentionally. Yet we need to learn to forgive and not let our pain weigh us down and burden us from living the life we deserve.

Love yourself — accept yourself — forgive yourself — and be good to yourself, because without you the rest of us are without a source of many wonderful things."
- Leo F. Buscaglia

I challenge you to make a list of 3-5 things that you're really hard on yourself about or that you're really not letting go of and forgive yourself for them. By doing so I can guarantee that you will begin to be more at peace with yourself and others and open yourself up to the life and love that is rightfully yours.

Peace and Love,

There are so many things that can cause stress in our lives these days. We live in a deadline-driven, fast paced, last minute oriented type of world which puts pressures and expectations on us that inevitably lead to stress. Let's be honest, you'd have to be some kind of superhero not to feel just a wee bit overwhelmed with everything going on around you at times.

But seriously, if you are human (fingers crossed), you're bound to experience some stress. In fact, it's completely normal! The problem isn't that we have stress in our lives, it's how you deal with the stress that differentiates you from the rest of the pack.

There are both positive ways and negative ways to deal with stress and the methods you choose to adopt will drastically affect the quality of your life. Don't believe me? Check out my video where I show you some powerful examples:

Click here to view the embedded video.

So what are the ways you deal with stress? And more importantly, what are the positive methods you consistently practice to deal with stress in your life? I'd love to hear all of the ways you choose to "let the air out of your balloon"!

Peace,
