Thanks for your messages of joy. I have realise that we tend to like to stay in the negative energy space - often we take the negative coments of others to heart, but we ignore or discount the positives - that dress looks nice on you gets discounted with oh this old thing, or i go it on sale. Here in australia we are particularly good at discounting ourselves before others even get the chance - it is called "taking the piss out of yourself" and is somewhat of a national hobby - we should stop and start leading the way wih encourgaement, recognition and valuing of others - one day at a time. Gilly :)

Thanks for the awakening Sean, gratitude is so vital as we often forget to thank God for the many gifts and graces that we are given each and every day.

Amen Sean, I think everyone can relate to this one. I myself have let the state of the economy be my crutch for why I cannot find success yet all you have to do is look halfway around the world (or closer0 to see that so many have it so much worse. i appreciate your words and look forward to future videos from you. You rock brother !!

I had an experience yesterday that needed that understanding. I spent a lot of money trying to fix a starting problem with the 89 Honda Civic SI I just bought several weeks ago. I thought we finally solved it when we put in a new fuel filter so I drove 27 miles away from my mechanic and I couldn't start the car.

This sad story will be stored back into the recesses of my mind in time but I was very disruptedby this experience. Now it won't start again. I managed to get it home.

Sean,

This was another great, inspiring video. I really should know better, after constantly being in the hospital about 1-2 years ago. Now, I feel healthier than I have ever been, yet I am starting to make a big deal out of small problems. For one, getting my schoolwork in on time, and feeling stress/pressure to get amazing grades in every class. I am making a big deal, when in reality, I have no problems. Thanks for the perspective, Sean.

Btw, I just noticed that your video/audio quality are even better than before! The videos look excellent! May I ask what camera you are using to record your videos?

Thank you,
Josh Lipovetsky.

Sean, you have once again helped me realize how grateful I am for so much in my life. And how grateful I am to have you as my friend.

Hi Sean – I am a first time visitor. I heard your interview with Dr Oz the other day on Oprah’s Radio and was so fascinated by you that I had to find out more about. I love your candor and words of courage. I felt that you were sincere and were speaking from your heart and soul. I could trust what you were saying. Someday I want to be motivational speaker. I am writing my first book and have been working on it for the last 2 years. It is my personal journey of how I battled cancer and dealt with life. I enjoyed watching your video. I made me feel awake and happy again.

Me and you are very fortunate--aren't we? There is always someone that is much worse and we wouldn't trade our situations for someone elses, especially if we could live in their shoes! Ocalla H Harper
