I have been watching reading and thinking about what you have to say for a while. so I'm happy to give back in a small way by sharing. I JUST watched the video. but i can think in overdrive some times when properly stimulated.

So here is what I wrote out, and took some of yours as well.

WLW:
I am staying positive
i am celebate
I am eating healthy
I get in touch with my root/core/deep self
exersize (weither that is daily walks to the university or 3/week intense)
I open myself up.
I see my truth, what i want, i go for it
I stay clean
I work a job i love
I listen to myself. my goals.
I feel my emotions STRONGLY!
I feel my purpose and find courage to do the things i feel fearful about that need doing.
-The sun is shining (summer really helps i feel)
I am an embodyment of trust. and trusting the universe and myself.
I am doing what i want to do
when i don't have loads of $ seriously i have felt more in the flow/happy when i didn't have the cash
when i was despirate. in some ways i actually have the courage
when i am able to surpass fears. including fears of others, fears of death, fears of critisism
When i have a fresh haircut. i just feel more energy.
hydrated for sure. more energy
reading books i enjoy/ online movies. laughing
Living on my edge and feeling challenged and pushing myself.
Enough sleep and regular sleeping pattern.
Finally, when i show appreciation.

i know i can find more but that will probably do for today won't it? ;p

Thank you Sean

Amazing post, that inspired me to do this interesting list. Thank you very much Sean and here is what i got:

When My Life Works

- When i get up early at 6:00 - 7:30 a.m. in the morning.

- When i swim for half an hour or do yoga for an hour in the morning.

- When i wish everyone who i meet in the morning a great day! (5-20 wishes :)

- When i do non-objective meditation for 25-35 minutes, then meditate on compassion for around 20 minutes and then do from 10 to 50 spreads (prayers) to the world in the morning.

- When i eat fresh, super healthy food.

- When i my body stays clean and fresh.

- When i drink 1.5-2.5 liters of fresh, clean water.

- When my place stays super clean, and fresh.

- When my clothes are clean and ironed.

- When i read an interesting book for ± 30-60 minutes per day.

- When i meet a new interesting person and have a dinner with him.

- When i help someone with something.

- When i’m super excited about the work and goals i have for today! (When i know, how this work and completed goals will change the world in a better way!)

- When i get a massage once a week.

- When i meet new women every week and flirt with them and inspire them to live there greatest lives.

- When i see the women of my dreams and i’m with right now and spend time with her 3-5 times per week.

- When i sleep in a dark room, with fresh air and meditate for 5-10 minutes before the sleep and pray the universe for everything i have experienced today and in my whole life.

Wow, amazing. Thank you very much - i’m gonna concentrate on achieving consistency with everything i’ve written here. Thank you Sean!

What if your life has only ever half worked? I used to work a job that I hated, but I was making a lot more money and had more resources. Now I'm doing something that is spiritually and creatively rewarding, but I'm living paycheck to paycheck with no end in the near future. I've also lost a lot of friends and family to get to where I'm at. So should I give up what I'm good at to help pay bills, or stick with what's keeping me starving. I haven't really changed any rituals I do day to day except my occupation. Love the site, hope I can get help. Thanks

My life works when I:

Wake up in the morning 5:00AM, shower, pray read a good book, exercise, shower again, have a healthy meal... and go to work focused motivated and ready to make a difference and make things better.

Further it gets better when I work on my PATIENCE to stick to what works and what doesn’t work, and when I meet my friends regularly and talk about it and take tons of ACTION on a daily basis towards it.

Further, it gets the most when I strengthen all of the above points and make them part of my hardcore beliefs which does not change no matter what.

My life works when I keep my eyes on my goal just like your flashlight analogy in your book. The example I usually used was driving a car. Ever noticed how if you look at something on the side of the road and then look back to the path your car is taking, the car has veered off in the same direction you were just looking? My adventurous skiing friends and I have a saying, "See the mogul, hit the mogul." If you want the smooth ride, you have to look for it and keep looking at it. Focus on what could go wrong and you will surely be right.

Well it's not a matter of wrong, probably a matter of ineffective. I have no clue how to give you advice know such few details. All I can tell you in general is, go back to what worked when your life was in flow. What were you doing back then, that you haven't been doing lately.

May the "river of life" flow in your direction.

Be well,
Sean
