Ah yes Sean, I have only just written on facebook about the gift of 1640 minutes each of us has been given, each and every day. We should cherish all of them, as none of them is able to be claimed back. Now, if we were to keep this notion at the forefront of our minds, wouldn't life take on a whole new meaning? Perhaps we would have less crime, less mistrust, and more positivity in our world. Thankyou for the reminder of the need to be grateful for what we have as opposed to what we don't. Once again, you have made my day. Many thanks.

Sean,

Thanks again for the unique concept. I like the way you take known self-improvement concepts, and put them to a practical application. I was very happy when I saw your video, because I know that I log much more time on the positive stopwatch :).

Isn't it funny? I was much more negative before I got a chronic disease. Now, I am much more optimistic, and much more joyful. Why does life work that way? When I lost my lifestyle, I gained so much more than I could ever imagine.

Thanks for the great posts, Sean!

Hi Sean, love your video blogs keep them coming and thanks so much for the series on attracting your partner, I learnt a lot.
I heard a story along the same lines and it uses money instead of the stop watch so each time you say something positive you receive a dollar and each time you say something negative you pay a dollar, how much would you have at the end of each day? Would you be rich or poor? Regardless we all need a reminder so thanks for reminding me to keep positive.
I have a question for you - How can you keep positive when financially challenged to your kids, family & friends? I find I am constantly coming up with creative ways to say we don't have the money to do that without actually putting out there that I don't, help!
Love Jeni x

Hi Sean, Thank-you for the great tips.
Whenever you are positive, you cannot be negative. There can only be one emotion with us each time. The choice is ours.

It ain't easy, yet so worth it.

Remember, being negative is easy at first and hard later.

Rock on!

And I love you. :)

Metaphysics is a part of what I've learned.

We can have many goals however I'm actually WAY more impressed with our AIMS. We must embrace the process, the journey, and remember that our greatest joy comes from embracing whatever it is we are doing in the present.

Peace,
Sean
