I'm not saying it's ready yet, but...
Clients often come to me asking for me to "fix" them.
My response is... I can't.
Because how can you fix something that isn't broken?
I have something that I want to share with you... and this is what I tell all of my clients.
You are NOT broken nor can you EVER be broken.
You can feel lost, you can lose hope, you may have moments of confusion. But you're not broken and you definitely don't need someone else to fix you.
Your life is like a jigsaw puzzle with a million pieces that need to be put together. There are times when nothing seems to be fitting together quite right and you feel that all you'll ever have is just one giant pile of pieces...
but would you ever call a jigsaw puzzle broken?
Now, you're jigsaw puzzle might look like a mess right now... but don't get frustrated. Get inspired. Because soon you will see the big picture
Love life,
Sean
P.S. I've got some exciting news to share with you in the next few weeks so make sure to keep checking back to my blog!
Reading is an invaluable asset that helps us shape our thoughts and actions. By reading, we can unlock our true potential at earth-shattering speeds.
When we allow ourselves to be immersed in new ideas and foreign concepts, we expose our minds to a new way of thinking. These new perspectives help us gain a competitive advantage over others - and the best part about it, is reading is virtually free! (other than our time of course
)
“The more that you read, the more things you will know. The more that you learn, the more places you'll go.” - Dr. Seuss
On that note, here's my list of book recommendations:
Love life,
Sean
P.S. Please leave some of your own recommendations in the comments! I'd so love to hear them.
Are you making things in your life more dramatic than they need to be?
Everytime you make something into a major production with drama, you pay the consequences.
We all could live happier, healthier lives if we just drained the drama out of our circumstances.
Love life,
Sean
P.S. Are you creating unnecessary drama in your life? Remember to be rational
til' somebody gets hurt!
We have people, projects, places & things in our life that are dangerous for us to be playing around with. They're toxic, they're not healthy, they can harm us. In the moment, we think they're fun, cool shiny objects and we want so desparately to play with them. Sound familiar?
Oftentimes what shouldn't be done is a whole ton of fun, but eventually we pay the price if we keep rolling that dice.
Are you fighting the Universe or a higher power in it's efforts to remove these harmful situations or people from your life?
Love life,
Sean
P.S. Keep playing with fire and you're bound to get burned. Keep that in mind
I am fascinated by space, the incredible depth of the universe, and above all... black holes.
Metaphorically speaking, we all have emotional black holes in our lives: family members, lovers, friends, jobs, projects, places and habits that continue to take and never give. We all know people who are constantly taking, and never giving back. They absorb our time, our energy, our money, love, affection and praise and never put it back into us.
We need to ask ourselves two questions. First, Who/What/Where are the black holes in my life? Once you become aware that they exist it's much easier to not be sucked in, so to speak
. The next question we need to ask is are YOU being an emotional black hole to others in your life? And if the answer is yes, it's perfectly okay - just remember, awareness precedes change.
Be well,
Sean
Have you ever been frustrated and making a really big deal out of something in your life... and then something happens and everything gets put into perspective?
Most people major in minor things. They make little things into big things.
Frame every so-called disaster with these words ''In five years, will this matter?"
What thing or things are you making into a really big deal that end of the day are trivial, at best?
Love life, ( it's too short not to!

This video is about something we all do:
We are in denial about certain things in our lives, and we deny that we're going through them because it's easier to put them off in our mind. We say things like "I'll get around to that later, or that's not that bad, not that big of a deal."
Denial is a dangerous thing.
*Warning*: I'm going to really push on you in this video... no more Mr. Nice Guy
What I want you to do is get real, sit down after this video, and write out in a journal entry: What are you in denial about? Then share what you wrote down in the comment box below.
Be well,
Sean
P.S. The more you get real with your truths, the easier life becomes.
